Event Description

Our new series, CULTIVATE, continues with a POETRY WORKSHOP. A creative, reflective poetry session led by Diane Cogan, an English teacher and scholar with a deep love for language and personal storytelling. Hear a reading that speaks to identity and the moments that shape us. Then, you’ll be gently guided to try writing your own. No pressure, no experience needed.

The CULTIVATE series offers a warm and welcoming space to come together to connect, create and support one another. Through conversation and creative activities, we'll explore ways to find calm, presence, and joy in everyday moments. Sessions will start with a centering exercise.
